Yaregal Tilahun Geremew is an Assistant Professor and Senior Research Officer with more than ten years of experience in research, higher education, project development, and consultancy. He has worked with Mizan-Tepi University and American College of Technology. His expertise includes leadership and management, agricultural economics, market systems, climate change, project management, strategic planning, and organizational development. He has successfully led and participated in numerous nationally and internationally funded research and development projects, developed strategic plans and feasibility studies to public and private organizations. He has published numerous articles in reputable international journals and has extensive experience in supervising graduate research, grant writing, capacity building, and partnership development. He is proficient in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and statistical software, including SPSS, STATA, and R, and is committed to producing evidence-based research that contributes to sustainable economic and organizational development.
